Manh Nguyen
Hi! I’m Manh Nguyen.
I’m an undergraduate student at UW–Madison majoring in Statistics, Data Science, and Mathematics with the Statistical Analysis and Risk Assessment named option. My research interests center on representation learning for drug discovery and bioinformatics, namely contrastive learning for protein-ligand binding problem. I care about methods that are both theoretically grounded and empirically useful in drug discovery and repurposing pipelines.
Outside of research, I enjoy playing TFT and listening to audiobook.
